Are you licensed?

All our drivers have been Licensed by Herefordshire Council who DBS (CRB) check all drivers .Our Vehicles are Licensed by either Herefordshire Council or for our larger minibuses VOSA. All drivers also undergo medical checks at regular intervals.

Are your vehicles regularly maintained?

All our vehilces are regularly checked and maintained by Local Specialist Garages, as well as regular Compliance checks with Herefordshire Council or a VOSA approved Inspector.

What forms of payment do you accept?

The easiest way to pay is CASH direct to your driver, we also accept payment in advance by BACS or payment by debit or drecit card ( this is subject to mobile reception) Card payment could be via a card reader or using the QR code displayed in some vehicles.

Alterations and cancellations can be made by emailing us at bookings@leominstertaxis.com please give at least 48 hours notice of cancellations and as much  notice as you can with alterations to avoid disappointment..

We reserve the right to refuse carraige of any one we feel is unfit to travel and our drivers decision is final, we also reserve to right to refuse carraige to animals other than guide dogs.

A charge will be made of £100 if the vehcile is soiled by a member of your party. This is to cover cleaning costs and lost revenue whilst the vehicle is out of action.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your booking may result in a charge of upto 50% of the total booking

CCTV may be in use in our vehicles for your safety and that of our driver,if this is the case signage will be present to advise you.  The recorded footage is encrypted and only for the inspection, upon request by Herefordshire Council or the Police. 

Any person who fails to make payment to their driver  will be immediately reported to the Police.

All booking times are approxiamate and although we always aim to be on time we can not be held responsible for any losses inccured due to our vehicle being delayed by situations beyond our control, if your journey is to connect with other onward travel such as trains or flights we advise leaving additional time incase of traffic or other such delays.
